Majority 21. Turnout 46%. Con hold. (Percentage change since May 2007).

North East Derbyshire DC, Holmewood and Heath

Lib Dem 382 (42.3), Lab 356 (39.4), Con 165 (18.3).

Majority 26. Turnout 25.6%. Lib Dem gain from Lab. (Lab x2 unopposed in May 2007).
