This site provides links to Web sites operated by or on behalf of elected local authorities in the United Kingdom. Over 450 Local Authorities are listed.

They can be retrieved by clickable maps, which for convenience of presentation are separated into one page for England & Wales and another for Scotland & Northern Ireland. There is also an enlarged map for London, and a map showing changes in England effective 1 April 2009.

Alternatively they can be accessed from a Text Listing, in County sequence for England and in simple alphabetical order for each of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
